Terms of service
These terms are between you (the business using LeadCatch) and Spanar Systems ("we", "us"). By creating a workspace or connecting a CRM, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use LeadCatch.
The service
LeadCatch receives enquiries from sources you connect (such as IndiaMART or website forms), cleans them, and creates contacts, deals and tasks in your CRM. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
You must be authorised to act for your business and to connect the CRM and source accounts you use. Keep your sign-in and your webhook links private. You can replace the links from the dashboard if they are exposed. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.
Using LeadCatch properly
- Only connect sources and CRMs you are entitled to use, and follow their own terms (for example IndiaMART's and HubSpot's).
- Make sure you have a lawful reason to hold and contact the people whose enquiries you route through LeadCatch.
- Do not send unlawful, harmful or deceptive content through the service, do not try to break or overload it, and do not use it to access data that is not yours.
Trial and fees
New workspaces start with a free trial. We do not charge for LeadCatch today. If we introduce prices, we will tell you first and you will be able to stop using the service before any charge.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You allow us to process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard.
Availability and support
We work to keep LeadCatch running and to retry failed deliveries automatically, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Enquiries that cannot be delivered are shown as needing attention so you can retry them. For help, email support@spanarsystems.com.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is being misused, and we will try to give notice where we reasonably can.
Limits on our responsibility
LeadCatch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, for lost business or enquiries caused by outages of IndiaMART, HubSpot or other services we depend on, or for how your CRM data is used after delivery. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, which is nothing during the free trial. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell active customers about changes that matter. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
